Meet the Staff
Kathy Frank
I have worked with Dr. Brown since September, 1990, taking X-rays, photos, and impressions, as well as ordering supplies and assisting when needed. I love meeting our patients when they first come into the office. I get to see them before their braces go on and, even better, after they come off! I feel like we are the best office in town. We all treat our patients like family. My husband, Butch, and I have four children, three of whom got their smiles from Dr. Brown! We also have two beautiful grandchildren and one grumpy old cat. In my free time I enjoy working out and spending time with my family.
Ally Raleigh
I have worked with Dr. Brown since 2010 as an assistant and sterilization specialist. I love working in a profession where we get to see smiling faces every day! There is never a dull moment in our office, and we all want our patients to have a lot of fun when they’re here. My husband, John, and I have a kitty named Grippo. When I’m not at work I enjoy working out, Zumba, riding my bike, boating, shopping for shoes, and dancing.
Erin Hochstetler
I am a clinical assistant and have been working with Dr. Brown since July of 2006. My favorite part of working in orthodontics is seeing our patients regularly over their treatment and seeing their smiling faces when their braces come off. Working with this team is great because we all like to provide our patients with a friendly, caring, and fun atmosphere. My husband and I have been married since April 2009, and we have one dog. In my free time some of my favorite activities include snow skiing, boating in the summer, traveling, and spending time with friends and family
Kris Ricketts
I have assisted Dr. Brown chairside since 1995. I feel that a smile warms the heart, and I am truly blessed to be a part in creating beautiful smiles for our patients for the rest of their lives. Dr. Brown is a great boss. He sincerely cares about everyone, and he makes work fun. There is always laughter in the office. We even sing to our patients when their braces are removed! I have two children and two cats. In my free time I enjoy camping, spending time with family and friends, attending my children’s' school and sports activities, and watching movies with my children.
Sarah Temple
I have assisted Dr. Brown since 1995 and also trace diagnostic X-rays. Meeting new people every day, creating new friendships, and seeing how a new smile can change a person are the highlights of my day. Dr. Brown is a great orthodontist and makes each patient feel like they’re the only one in the room! I have been happily married since 2000 to my husband, Marvin. We have three children, Rose, Marie, and Jacob. I enjoy spending time with my family, helping out at my children’s schools, and being outdoors.
Amy Minor
I started my career in orthodontics in 1980, but have been with Dr. Brown since 1988. I fine tune our patients’ smiles when they’re nearing the end of their treatment. At this stage, we start doing the little details that give you the most beautiful smile possible. Dr. Brown has given us such a wonderful working environment. He is so funny and makes every patient feel comfortable and at ease. He truly cares about everyone. My husband and I have been married since 1982. We have one son, one daughter, and a grandchild on the way. I enjoy walking, working out at the gym, and doing aerobic activities.
Jackie Wilson
I have been a clinical assistant with Dr. Brown since September, 1996. Watching our patients grow up from children to adults is so much fun! Having former patients’ children or grandchildren as patients is even better, because we know they had such a great experience that they wanted to share it with their own family. I am married with two sons and a dog. I enjoy boating at Barkley Lake, playing tennis, and enjoying my boys’ sporting activities.
Kelli Powell
I have been a clinical assistant with Dr. Brown since October of 2001. I try to always make our patients feel comfortable when they come to our office. We want our office to be a fun, positive place to visit! We try to treat our patients as we would want our family to be treated. I love watching the changes in the patients as they go through treatment — not just the beautiful changes in appearance, but also in self-esteem! There's never a dull moment in our office, and I can't think of a better place to work! I am married and between the two of us we have four children and two grandchildren. In my free time I enjoy boating, camping, reading, visiting the ocean, and spending time with my family and friends.
Kelli Bailey
I have assisted Dr. Brown in the clinic since February, 2003. I love seeing how patients' lives change and the confidence they gain when they undergo orthodontic treatment. Dr. Brown makes coming to work every day fun. He cares about his patients and has a great sense of humor. We have a kid friendly office, and we enjoy making your visits all about you! My husband and I have one dog and a cat. In my free time I enjoy taking pictures and fishing.
Jackie Ross
I have been with Dr. Brown since July of 1995. I verify and file insurance as well as present initial financial options to our patients. This job has given me the opportunity to meet a lot of great people in our community. People often run into friends and neighbors here, which makes our office feel a lot more like home. I am married with three children, four grandchildren, and one dog. When I’m not at work I like spending time with family and friends and cooking.
Donna Small
I have worked with Dr. Brown for over twenty years as his financial coordinator. I had orthodontic treatment as an adult, so I know that a beautiful smile can make you feel better about yourself and more confident. Dr. Brown is such a people person, and everyone enjoys being around him. Our staff makes each and every patient feel comfortable in our office, and we all have a lot of fun! I am married to Max and we have two sons, Max and Jay. I enjoy knitting, weaving, riding our Harley Davidson motorcycle, reading, and most of all, spending time with my grandchildren, Chase, Carly, Caycee, and Anderson.
Heather Pohl
I have assisted Dr. Brown in the clinical area since October 2003. I also assist with the initial consultation and educate patients on treatment planning. I love getting to know all our wonderful patients, whether they are children or adults, and seeing everyone’s beautiful smiles. I feel truly blessed to work for such a great boss and wonderful coworkers I consider friends. When I’m not in the office I’m at home enjoying time with my husband and our two young daughters.
Andrea Flowers
I have been with Dr. Brown since May, 1994. I assist Dr. Brown during the new patient exam and also discuss treatment plan options with patients and parents. I love meeting all of our new patients. It is very fun to see their beautiful smiles when their treatment is complete. Our office is a very fun place. We have monthly contests, and there is always something fun going on. My husband, Bryan, and I have a son named Kinzer, a daughter named Karsyn, two dogs, and one cat. Most of my spare time is spent at my children's sporting activities, and I also enjoy spending time outdoors.
Angie Vandiver
I have been with Dr. Brown since 2010 as a patient coordinator, answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and greeting patients. I love working here and seeing our patients’ smiles become more beautiful with each visit. Dr. Brown is friendly, approachable, and is a fun person in general. He keeps us all entertained and there is never a dull moment! My husband’s name is Jason, and we have a daughter named Hayley, a son named Dalen, and a German Shepherd, Cassius. Spending time at KY Lake waterskiing is my favorite leisure activity.
Vivian Wildeman
I have been with Dr. Brown since February of 2003 answering phone calls, making reminder calls, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, and helping them with anything they need while waiting to be seen. Dr. Brown has a great personality and cares greatly about his patients and his staff. He also doesn’t mind that we pick on him a little! My husband, Dan, and I have five children, six grandchildren, and a dog named Rudy. I volunteer for charity children's events and love to spend time with my family and travel.
Elissa Yeager
I have been working with Dr. Brown since May of 2003, scheduling patients, answering phones, helping with odd jobs around the office, and pretty much anything I can help with. I love having the chance to see so many different people positively affected by Dr. Brown's work. Dr. Brown is fun, easygoing, and caring, but very professional and goal oriented. He wants only the best for everyone around him. My husband and I have two wild boys. I love running, taking pictures, and spending time with my family and friends.
