To help save time on your first visit, you can print out these required forms and fill them out ahead of time!

The Initial Patient Exam, Records and Consultation Visit, and the Subsequent Treatment Conference

Depending upon the complexity of your case, the initial examination, records, and consultation may take one or more visits.

When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of our friendly staff members who will show you how to sign in on our computerized check-in screen. You will be given a personal office tour and we will take digital photos and x-rays of your teeth in the Imaging Room.

Dr. Brown will perform a clinical examination, review all x-rays and photos, and then present his findings to you in great detail. Costs and timing will be explained and you will be given a letter fully describing the terms and conditions of the treatment at a separate conference visit after careful evaluation and analysis of your orthodontic records.

Follow-Up Visits

Follow-up visits will include:

• Taking impressions of your teeth to be used in the fabrication of a customized bracket placement tray used in the IDB process
• Applying your braces
• Adjustment appointments
• Appliance removal appointments
