Who Is Randall K. Brown DDS, MSD, PC?

Meet Dr. Brown's Staff
Dr. Randy Brown in his office.

Dr. Brown prides himself in not only providing clinical excellence in orthodontic treatment but also in creating lasting relationships with his patients. The professional yet friendly atmosphere of his office makes you immediately feel comfortable.

He is an active Assistant Clinical Professor at St. Louis University’s graduate department of Orthodontics where he received the J.P. Marshal Award for graduating number one in his class for academic and clinical excellence.

Dr. Brown was born in Evansville, Indiana on August 10, 1955. He attended Evansville Day School, Highland Grade School, and both North and Central High Schools. In August of 1973, he entered Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana where he completed the necessary pre-dental requirements in three years.

Dr. Brown teaches graduate orthodontics students at St. Louis University.

In the fall of 1976, he began his dental education at the Indiana University School of Dentistry, receiving a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with highest honors in May of 1980.

In July of that same year, he began his postgraduate education at Saint Louis University Department of Orthodontics, finishing at the top of his class in 1982 with a Master of Science Degree in Orthodontics. Saint Louis University Department of Orthodontics is currently considered to be one of the top orthodontic specialty programs in the world.

In January of 1999, Dr. Brown assumed the role of Associate Clinical Professor in Orthodontics at the Saint Louis University Center for Advanced Dental Education. He teaches clinical orthodontic techniques to future generations of orthodontic specialists one Friday each month.

Dr. Brown is past president of the internationally recognized Orthodontics Education and Research Foundation. He continues to attend their annual meetings to help maintain his practice at the cutting edge of current orthodontic technique.

Dr. Brown and his wife Sandy reside on Evansville’s west side. Dr. Brown has two step children. Jamie is a Registered Dental Hygienist and Zach is a co-owner of Zax’s Orthodontic Lab. Zach and his wife Jayme are the proud parents of twin girls, Ella and Makena, born April 27th, 2006.
